For most popular models we replace screens on the spot in 30–60 minutes. Rarer models may need a part ordered, which we will tell you up front.
Do I need an appointment?
No — we are a walk-in service. Come to either store and we will look at your phone straight away.
Will my data be safe during the repair?
Yes. Repairs are carried out in-store and your data never leaves the device. We recommend a backup for major repairs, and we can help you make one.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Every repair comes with our workmanship warranty covering the part fitted and the labour. Accidental damage is not covered, but we will always look after you.
