The terms that apply to our repairs, sales and services, and to the use of this website.
These terms apply to services provided by Dr Mobile & Computer Limited (“we”, “us”) and to your use of this website. By leaving a device with us, purchasing from us or using the site, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Repairs
Diagnosis is free unless otherwise stated. We will quote a price before starting chargeable work, and we will not exceed it without your agreement. Repair times are estimates given in good faith; most repairs are completed same-day but parts availability can affect timing.
Our workmanship warranty covers the part fitted and the labour for that repair. It does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage after the repair, or unrelated faults. Water-damage treatment is provided on a no-fix, no-fee basis for the treatment itself; where a device is beyond economical repair we will tell you promptly.
Please back up your data before any repair. While we take great care, we cannot accept liability for loss of data, and repairs to some faults can require a device reset.
Devices not collected within 90 days of our notification that work is complete may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, after reasonable attempts to contact you.
Sales
New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished devices are tested and graded, and carry the warranty stated at purchase. Your statutory rights — including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — are unaffected. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims, exchanges and refunds.
Business services
Websites, software, signage, printing, CCTV and networking projects are quoted individually. The written quotation, together with these terms, forms the agreement for that project. Unless agreed otherwise: quotations are valid for 30 days; a deposit may be required before work begins; and final payment is due on completion or delivery.
For print and signage work you are responsible for approving proofs; we cannot accept liability for errors approved at proof stage. For CCTV installations you are responsible for using the system in compliance with applicable law and guidance.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any repair, product or project is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
